How To Make Your Computer Welcome You
1) Click on Start. Navigate to All Programs, Accessories and Notepad.

2) Copy and paste the exact code given below.

3) Replace Username with your own name.

4) Click on File Menu, Save As, select All Types in Save as Type option, and save the file as Welcome.vbs or "*.vbs".

5) Copy the saved file.

6) Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows XP) and to C:\Users\ {User-Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista) if C: is your System drive. AppData is a hidden folder. So, you will need to select showing hidden folders in Folder options to locate it.

7) Paste the file.

Now when the next time you start your computer, Windows will welcome you in its own computerized voice.

Click Options and Preferences
After open Preferences, click Bandwidth
Change any settings as below:~
Maximum upload rate (kB/s):[0:unlimated]: 15
Maximum download rate (kB/s):[0:unlimated]: 5632
Apply rate limit to uTP connections: TICK
Global maximum number of connections: 200
Maximum number of connected peers per torrent: 2329
Number of upload slots per torrent: 14
Use additional upload slots if upload speed < 90%: TICK
After that go to BitTorrent:
Be sure to tick all the boxes except Limit local peer bandwidth
Make sure Protocol Encryption Outgoing is Enabled
After that go to Queueing:
Maximum number of active torrent (upload or download): 60
Maximum number of active download: 63
Minimum ratio (%): 100
Another change to 0
After that go to Advanced:
*Use the filter on the right side for make your search easier
